We want you to love your Verolah fragrance. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work. Verolah Perfumes and Fragrances trades as 2FA LLC.
Verolah products are distributed within the UAE through local channel partners; if you purchased through one of our channel partners, please also refer to their return process, as it may run alongside this policy.
1. Return Eligibility You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that: The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seal intact You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt) Because fragrances are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal, except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item received (see Section 3).
2. Non-Returnable Items Opened or used bottles Products purchased as part of a limited-time bundle/offer, unless defective Gift cards (if applicable)
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@verolah.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4. How to Request a Return Email support@verolah.com or call +971 50 926 9241 with your order number and reason for return We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
5. Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
6. Exchanges If you’d like a different scent instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us — we’re happy to arrange an exchange where stock allows.
